TERMS / CONDITIONS

• Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the commencement of your trip – $150.00 Booking fee.
• Cancellations 14 days to 29 days – $100.00 booking fee and 50% of your trip costs.
• Cancellations less than 14 days – 100% of trip costs.
• There is no refund for unused portions of your trip once the trip has begun.

Most of the lodges we work with are small and family owned, hence the seasons are short lived. We encourage you to buy trip insurance that will cover such items as baggage, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellations.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• $300.00 PER ROOM due when submitting the form
• June 1st- 50%
• July 1st- Balance
• Make payments to: 8:59 Productions Inc.

RESPONSIBILITY

8:59 Productions Inc. and Footpaths of the World accepts no liability for any loss or delay caused by accident, damage, or any additional expenses incurred due to delay in flights, public or private transport, weather, illness, strikes, which will be entirely on the client’s account.

8:59 Productions Inc. and Footpaths of the World reserves the right to withdraw a trip or make changes in the published itinerary whenever in its sole judgment conditions warrant.
